By using Billing SaaS, including Marketplace, Private Chat, Random Chat, Voice Rooms, Temp Chat, Private Rooms, and Community Servers, you agree to these Terms.
2. Account
You are responsible for your account. We may suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms. Guest features (Random, Voice, Temp, Community) don't require accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
- Share illegal, explicit, or harmful content
- Spam, flood, or disrupt chats/voice rooms/servers
- Impersonate others or create fake identities
- Record voice conversations without consent of ALL participants
- Upload malicious code or viruses

- Login required for listing products & chatting
- You are responsible for product accuracy and legality
- No in-app payment — manual verification only
- Payment proofs must be genuine — fake proofs = account termination
- We are NOT liable for transactions between buyers & sellers
- Prohibited items: illegal goods, weapons, drugs, counterfeit products

- Registered users only
- Files up to 10MB — no illegal/copyrighted content
- WebRTC calls — do NOT record without consent
🎲 Random Chat NEW
- 100% anonymous — no registration
- Zero tolerance for abuse — IP-based blocking
- Messages NOT stored — but others may screenshot
- 18+ or parental consent required
🎤 Voice Rooms HOT
- Guest access — random names assigned
- Voice is peer-to-peer — NEVER recorded by us
- Do NOT record voice conversations without ALL participants' consent
- No text chat — voice communication only
- Max 15 participants per room
⚡ Temp Chat
- Anonymous access — no registration
- Messages auto-delete in 15 seconds
- Auto-delete does NOT exempt from legal responsibility
- Max 50 users per room

- Guest access — customize display name
- Server creators responsible for moderation
- Messages stored — delete your own messages

- Inactive servers (90+ days) may be removed
4. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Free Service
The Service is currently FREE. All features remain free. No credit card required.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Service "as is". We are NOT liable for:
- Content shared by users in any chat system
- Voice conversations — we don't record or monitor them
- Interactions between strangers
- Transactions between Marketplace users
- Screenshots/recordings made by other users
7. Termination
We may suspend/terminate for violations. IP-based bans may apply. Random/Voice/Temp sessions end immediately — no stored data.
8. Contact
