You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
If you use paid features, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
